Follow the instructions, use power drill (preferred ones with with torque limiter) for screws.
Joking aside, it is not that big of a deal, I did several 2x4 units alone. Ikea pieces fit perfectly unlike similar units from other manufacturers that I had to hammer, kick and bend in to a required shape. Just have enough space on the floor.
