Callas Barbiere Shrill?

I was listening this afternoon to the Callas Barber of Seville, Angel S3559, and found it to be remarkably shrill. I believe Angel recordings suffer from this illness frequently, but thought I ought to check with others who have heard this recording for their take on its sonics.

Enjoyable performance with fine singing and playing.
