Sorry, I should have been more precise. The USB on my turntable generates a distinctive signal, with periodic impulses, which shows up on a spectrogram. In my experience, these signals sometimes become audible, and at unpredictable times.

The effect is less pronounced with an external preamp, but it doesn't completely go away.

I have no idea whether the above applies to the turntable in your original post. But the electronics layout on that deck appears to be identical to the electronics layout on mine. So, I'm just alerting you to something I consider highly probable, though, I admit, not absolutely certain.
