Being an "orphaned" product, I'd contact MF and see if they still provide parts and support.
I'd think somewhere in the US$2500-2800 range would be a fair starting point and negotiate from there, if necessary.
Keep in mind, you're looking at a table that's performance is generally no better or worse than a great many better known and supported decks at that price. Personally, I'm no fan of big plastic tables.
