Looks very much like an MC 20 Super or MC 30 Super and specs out similarly. Would be nice to know what the cantilever material is but that's not on the Aqvox site. If it's aluminum I'd say they're a bit pricey.
No experience with the Aqvox cartridges but I recently had an MC 20 Super rebuilt with a new suspension, boron cantilever and microridge stylus specifically to use with my Aqvox and it sounds fabulous-certainly better than I ever remember it sounding before when I did not use it with the Aqvox.
But I'd expect most of the Ortofon cartridges with low internal impedance (around 5 ohms) or many others from different manufacturers with similar low internal impedance to mate very well with the Aqvox as well.
