If you have other turntables to use I would keep it stock. There is real beauty in these classic turntables. It would look great in an all vintage system. Me, I went the other way on my 208, I installed a Jelco SA-750D on mine. I was using it as my main table until I bought a VPI Traveler. Which is a completely different animal for obvious reasons and I like them both for different reasons....
