stay away from Pfanstiel always. Your cart has a line contact stylus in it and those replacement ones you mentioned may not be that, probably are not. I saw sites that had a stylus they say fits the Andante (Sumiko) P-38 and P-76. The big difference in these two carts from what I remember was the stylus not the cart in that the P-38 had an elliptical and the P-76 had a line contact (Shibata?) stylus.
So in determining what you should do there are several factors. What TT is it connected to? It's a P-mount style cart. Is it a good TT that deserves a good cart/stylus? Do you have a good phono preamp. Do you love vinyl and have a good collection of records that you play often? All of these must be considered.
As to the SS option it is almost always the best option and that's why it costs more. I seldom if ever hear complaints from anyone that uses them.
My guess is ALL those replacement styli brands you mentioned are NOT like the original line contact.
