What J.S. said about the idler wheel. Also, if this is a 1215S, rather than a 1215, check to see whether the antiskate cam is either cracked or missing. I replaced one on a 1229, and it wasn't the most fun I ever had in my life.
The 1215's really look like the final spasm in Dual's idler wheel effort. The rumble specs aren't very good, even for Dual idler wheel decks.
