Couple of quick questions....
How many hours on the ART-9? Do you think it might need a little more time? Is the sibilance changing as you get more time on the cart?
I know the general rule is to have the arm tube level with AT line contact carts. But have you tried tail-low or tail-high settings? Not really exaggerated one way or the other, but maybe 5mm in either direction won't hurt. The VTA could be off enough to cause sibilance.
(I have am old Lyra CdC that needs a tail-low set-up to sound even close.)
