Started off on a bit of a D-Wife inspired "retro-spin" session this evening.

Out come the 12" 45rpms-

1. Kraftwerk, "Tour De France" (actually, the version from "Tour De France Soundstracks" is on side 4 of the 33.3rpm, but since it plays out half the side...)

2. New Order, "Blue Monday" (original 12" single version with a sleeve that resembles a 5 1/4" floppy disc! Those that know what that is are the right age to enjoy this track).

3. Yello, "Oh yeah" and "Goldrush". "Oh yeah!" almost always brings back memories of Princial Rooney hitching a ride on a schoolbus at the end of Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Great dance-able tracks.

4. Howard Jones, "Action Replay". Some good tracks, but probably the only one in the bunch that sounds dated, and has the typical bad pop sound...
