some I purchased when I first moved to California in 84. Stuff I had left at home and wanted to hear right away. New records were $5-7 back then so no big deal. Some, just too good to leave at a store or yard sale. I have multiple copies of many Coltrane records on the impulse label, as well as a bunch by Sanders and Shepp. I have quite a few dupes of Strata East titles (I always seem to find the same ones), and quite a few dupes on ESP.
I've aquired a few larger collections, so I have pretty much every Stones LP up to Satanic in both mono and stereo, same for the first 5 Dylan records. I guess these aren't technically dupes, but pretty close. I also have several different issues of a single LP. I have a couple originals of VU w/ Nico (peeled and unpeeled), as well as a German gatefold, and an English copy (my original from HS).
