I figured the "III" is a different animal. DC..... feedback correction. Adjustable pitch. Motor is rated at 8 watts output. 72 pole DC tacho-generator motor. I've no idea what that is. But the 8 watt output will mean stronger platter drive.

I'll document what I find. The Service manual is German Language only. I know of no one who has an English language service manual. But the schematics are there.

Strobe is rock steady at this point. but after 35 yrs, it must be in need of maintenance. Caps are old, etc.

Bearing looks really nice. Platter spins absolutely true.
