Most definitely! Use a motor run cap. They are oil filled paper or some polymer film. Since they are in the circuit the entire time the motor is running they need to be of good quality. Non-polarized electrolytics are suitable for motor starting but not good for a motor run cap.
This one should do it. The hyperlink seems to suggest 20 microfarad but it goes to a 3 microfarad.
