belt/stylus question

Hey guys. I am going to purchase a new belt and stylus for my NAD 5020a table with NAD 9200 cartridge. I see a belt on LP Gear for $20 and I see a belt on Vintage Electronics (http://www.vintage-electronics.net/nad-5020a-belt.aspx) for $10. Do you get what you pay for or will the $10 belt be the same as the $20 belt?

Next question I can get a $15 stylus on vintage electronics(ADC RSQ33) http://www.vintage-electronics.net/111-d7c-adc-rsq33-stylus.aspx or I can pay double at LP Gear and get this stylus (ADC NAD-9200) http://www.lpgear.com/product/ADCSNAD9200.html Is the more expensive stylus worth the price?
