Not that there is much in the classical repertoire for Electric Bass Guitar (unless you count John Patitucci's "Heart of the Bass" for Bass Guitar and Orchestra).
My problem isn't being able to play stuff by the likes of Jaco and such (I KNOW I'll never sound just like him, but I can certainly attain to...). It is the fact that my musical reading ability is the at the level of "See jack run."
Still, hearing someone play the Classical Guitar is one of those moments when my jaw hangs slightly slack and I am drawn into their ability!
Kudos for taking on a such an expressive instrument!
