Hi

They do seem to be a very good (and busy!) retailer. I've only had dealings with them via their Ebay shop, which was perfectly fine. I keep meaning to travel out to Aylesbury to visit them, but it would be a project for a day off from work. They have a sister company, Heretic Audio, which makes accessories.

Regarding Puresound: the T10 and their other products are not made by Deco. Puresound is a manufacturer of valve (tube) amps and other products, including a phono stage and the T10 step-up. Deco are one of Puresound's dealers. High Water Sound are listed as the US distributor for their products.
