we are talking about the FM effects of warps. The .555h is the frequency at which they appear but the actual shift is dependent in the change of velocity relative to the rise time of the deviation. so a sharp short warp causes a higher shift then a nice gradual one over a longer range....
So I bet there is some formula that can be conjured up assuming certain shapes, like sinusoid rise or parabolic rise maybe an exponential one :). assume a certain max delta in distance. Also it might have a distortion component in bot the vertical and horizontal planes.....not interested exploring?
