If the record doesn't lie flat and just raises the arm up and down once per revolution, then you'll probably have something close to a .55Hz wave.
But, frequency is more complex than that because it's based on rate of change and warps are usually not that simple. So, the frequency spectrum depends on the shape of the warps.
