The sound quality is going to be only so good from 1949-1950 recordings. I would avoid any reissue labeled "Stereo" as it'll be fake stereo.
I can't claim to knowing what the "best" is but FWIW, the Japanese pressings I own (and one original 78 on Mercury) sound decent.
I have the Japanese Verve pressings of "Charlie Parker With Strings" (single LP) and the Japanese ten LP box set "Charlie Parker On Verve 1946-1954" which includes many of these sessions.
That box set is very good if you don't already have it and it comes with a printed discography that is very thorough and detailed.
