These are the R24 & R25 I believe, which should impact power mainly. Just measure the 4.7 & 4.75 with a DMM. I believe Jim uses 1% carbon comp, so if the 4.7k is overspec, the match will be close enough. Test the board afterwards at test points to see how balanced the voltage is.
One approach (delay) gets you the perfect match. The other will have you so enthusiastic once you hear this unit, you will probably end up playing with cap and resistor changes anyway.
Personally I like to find the optimum match and then just let the unit play. Damaging board traces by repeated swaps doesn't excite me.
I like the Dale military resistors where possible, but the experts on this hang out on DIY/tubes.
