I've been using a Medo AC0110 for about 12 years, almost daily, without any issues. I have it in another room, so noise isn't a problem. I purchased a new one as a spare recently, for a good price. I run mine full pressure for my maplenoll. A long time ago, I put a pressure gauge on it. I think it was around 18 psi.

I do use a 5" x 4' piece of pvc with fiber fill as a smoothing tank.
