Ok...4600 is the outlay...

Get a Audio Technica 120 turntable BRAND NEW on Amazon for around $250. That leaves $350 left.

Get a Audio Technica 440 ML phono cartridge for around $200. That leaves $150 left.

Get some silver headshell wires for around $50 for the set. That leaves $100 left.

Get the Spin Doctor record cleaning system for around $75. That leaves $25.
