No. Not interchangeable. The Thorens Tp16 is a straight arm tube with the offset angle built into the headshell itself. The Technics arm has the offset angle bent into the arm tube. Further, the coupler joints are not compatible. The Thorens coupler is pretty much unique to itself and will not interchange with any other brand.
