Neil's finally cashed his check with me

Sevetny-five bucks for Psychedelic Pill on vinyl was bad enough - I passed on that one, but bought Americana, which came across as a bunch of warm-up tracks bashed out by Crazy Horse to get back in sync with each other. Like a fool I then purchased the LP version of a bunch of tunes he recorded in a phone booth (fortunately not the $100+ deluxe version), which sounded like - surprise - a bunch of tunes he recorded in a phone booth. Now he's announced his latest release - a two record set listing for seventy bucks (!) on vinyl. Here's the kick - it's only ten new tunes, repeated over the two abums. One disc is the program as he recorded it - solo in the studio. Second disc is the same thing overdubbed with an orchestra.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me (I am duly shamed). I won't get fooled again.
