The Yaqin is a very good budget priced tube preamp, the very best I've heard uner $200. It competes with pres twice it's price.
However, the Cornet 3 is in a whole other league, sonically. Better, deeper bass. clean through the mids and a more extended, detailed top end. And this is with the stock tubes as I haven't started rolling yet.

If you can afford the Cornet, buy it. Even if you can't . . .
The best advice I ever received regarding phono preamps is "buy the best one you can't afford."
