I have one defective side, with three big ticks; the rest are good.
Everything else is very quiet, though the tight spindle holes on most of the discs make controlling static something of a problem. Noisy discs quiet down after enlarging the hole a bit and giving them a wash in a VPI machine. (Wrestling LPs stuck to the spindle builds up a *big* charge.)
I won't post any measurements, as my old Thorens isn't in the major leagues, so that would be somewhat pointless. But the records are very quiet.
