I believe these styli are now sourced from Pfahnstiel and the quality is hit and miss. Me, I'd avoid them.
Take a look at the $50 replacement stylus from LP Gear. Pretty sure JICO makes this. It's not an SAS, just a regular elliptical but it should be at least as good as the original Shure.
I bought a JICO elliptical stylus for the Shure M91ED I'm currently using and it's excellent.
