Yup!

I've had the box since late last Saturday. We've heard from “Please Please Me” through “Help" and “Revolver” through the first 2 sides of “The Beatles.” If there's no unexpected interruptions tomorrow, we should hear “Rubber Soul” and the last 2 sides of “The Beatles.” We'll likely spread the three Mono Masters discs over Sunday and Monday.

While I'm (“we're,” I should say – my wife is a bigger Beatles fan than me) really happy with everything so far, there's been two not-quite-as-stellar bits. Side 1 of “Help” sounds less open than everything else. My guess is that the mix was aimed more at the movie than the album. Otherwise, the only gripe I've got is that there's a noticeable "swoosh" in the vinyl on much of one side of “Magical Mystery Tour.” I'll probably exchange that.

The short version is "We're very, very happy we sprang for these discs. There's been lots of big smiles here lately."
