interesting table....

interesting claims :). no specs for rumble? Interesting. Is the speed stability actually measured or just calculated? AFAIK there is no test record with that kind of accuracy. Very few records are centered within 0.1 mm and almost none at the level of, 0.03 mm or less. Moreover, spindle-hole looseness generates ambiguities that are often on the order of a tenth of a millimeter, varying with how you put the record on. Better than 0.1 mm centering is needed to meet nominal ± 0.1 percent wow threshold. (Precisely, at 75 mm groove radius, ±0.1 percent wow corresponds to .075 mm centering.) To measure ±0.01% wow and flutter you need a record that is centered within 0.0075 mm, and to measure ±0.002% you need one that is centered 0.0015 mm. OK you could say, move it out to 150 mm and the centering requirement is only half stringent ; you still need the record to be centered to within 0.003 mm. With that, you are within the resolution of fine machining, a bit over 1/10000th of an inch :). Doubt that you could get the test record on and off the spindle with that kind of tolerance without an arbor press and bearing pull.

Still would be nice to hear how it sounds :)
