You can pay a lot of money or you can do it free of charge.Free of charge: Download a strobe disk at http://www.vinylengine.com/strobe-discs.shtml. Illuminate with a fluorescent light running on AC power (though some can see the strobe effect with tungsten light). If you don't have a fluorescent light but have an Android device you can download a free strobe light app called Strobily Free. Unless you are obsessive the free alternative will do nicely.
