I first used one with a Rega 300B that I put one of Pete Riggle's VTAF adjusters on. I just bracketed it over a period of weeks on a number of LPs until I felt I had a good compromise. Hardly rigorous, but I was happy. I'm now using it on a Luxman PD-272 which comes with a Micro-Seiki sourced arm.
It adjusts with a grub screw, so changes are more challenging, yet I think I'm close.
Someday I'll have a scope for VTAand azimuth tools, maybe. Has to be a bit better, but I do like the 440MLa once it's in the ballpark (I'm currenly loaded at 33Kohms.)
