and Music On Vinyl really did a nice job on the LP. Pristine surfaces, quiet, probably from a digital master but I like its sound much better than that of the CD. Even though it's from a digital source, it's, nevertheless, a brilliant recording that really benefits from the vinyl medium. Warm, realistic bass, great guitar sound and the power and subtlety of Lucinda's voice really come through. I think that the differences between the CD and the vinyl are similar to the differences between the CD and LP for Beck's Morning Phase. Highly recommended, if your a fan of Ms Williams' art. Heck, even if you're not, it's still a great listen.
