Looking good already. Paint that armboard black and it has a Thorens 124 vibe. I've been listening to my recent thrift find, a Dual 1019 in a 3-ply box i've painted black and damped with bitumen tape. The 1019 sits on it with the original springs. Even in this modest plinth the amplified sound is amazing with its original Pickering V15 cart.

But I should build a new plinth like the one you have there. Does the 1019 sit on it with the original springs or is it bolted on it firmly like the Lenco lovers do?

Interesting vintage arm. Keep us posted.
