The Connoisseur was a good table and arm

What I have always called a record player. I had a BD2a for a long time. The motor was suspended in a little rubber basket like gasket, therby isolating the platter from it. The tonearm was straight, which in the day distinguished it from mass market curved arms. I loved it. I bought it from Dimensions in Stereo, a store in Torrance Cal owned by Ike Golen, who used to own amd designed University Speakers. Most of you here are too young to remember. I can't remember why I got rid of it. Stopped working and couldnt find parts, I suppose. Wish i stilll had it.
