I use an anti-skate weight. The picture is one I found on the net because I was feeling lazy!
The SR-313 with a Goldring 1022 is sonic brilliance. Easily out-performed the VPI Scout I had previously. I was happy with the Scout and bought the 313 out of curiosity (I am fond of 70's chunky belt drive decks). I couldn't believe what the 313 was doing with showing the Scout a clean pair of heels.
I also have an SR-222MKII, but it's no 313.
