Opinions on upgrading to tube amplification

"What a long, strange trip it's been"

Currently on my audio trip I am running:

Technics 1210 table
Ortofon Quintet Red
Triton Audio Phono Pre
Yamaha CA-810 Integrated Amp
Klipsch Chorus II speakers
Hsu Research Sub

This is my main system in the living room (bachelor pad). This system wasn't exactly planned out. I have put together pieces used and new over the years. Most recent, I traded a couple of nice records for the Klipsch speakers. So my question to all of you is what do you think about moving to tube amplification? Or is the Yamaha just fine? Currently I am enjoying the system but at times it can be a little fatiguing (harsh on certain recordings is another way to describe it?).

I have read that the Klipsch's do best with tubes (eliminates a little harshness from the horns). My first thought would be vintage stuff like HH Scott, Fisher, or Harmon Kardon. I am definitely open to suggestions. I have little experience with vintage tube gear. I have read enough to know that usually units need to be professionally serviced before using them.

My room is fairly large, hence the large speakers/sub. My budget would be between 500-800$ I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks
