Just plain distilled water. I use same in the rinse which is 1-3 alcohol-distilled water. I was a little shocked where I looked up an old post and found I was using 1/3 isopropyl (iirc) but makes great rinse and if the vacuum leaves fluid waving back and forth evaporates quickly. I also believe it has great antistatic quality as it definitely removes charge from a record and if anything OCRVC would only increase. Add in microfibre cloth to pickup the OCRVC and give a deep clean, followed by rinse and vacuum - great results.
