Mercury Living Presence monaural

I think I've had it for about fifty years. I'm not sure it came from a thrift shop, though. It's a cutout with a hole punched through it and a sticker "Special 59 cents, 2/$1.00".

I'm terribly curious but have resisted opening the sealed jacket.
