I've had a harder time finding good copies of Sinatra's early Reprise albums than the Capitols. Those Capitols might have a bit of crackle (even though I cleaned them) but no groove damage at all. Even In the Wee Small Hours on the old gray label with the radical outgroove, perfectly clean and undamaged.
I'm surprised that none of the audiophile reissue companies never picked up The Sound of Music soundtrack.
How often did RCA reissue that record? You might be able to find an undamaged copy on the orange label.
