My quest has ended

The great low price got to me so I ordered an Audio Technica AT33 EV to have as a replacement for my Kontra b once its stylus is d-e-a-d.

As much as I like Ortofons, I just could not bring myself to spend $1800 less the $350 trade-in value to get what is the replacement for the Kontra b: the Cadenza Blue. That is almost three and half times what I paid for what I understand is a very good MC.

Seems there is some mileage left in the Ortofon so I might start out by giving the AT a try on my JVC QL7-A for a while. Wonder if the JVC arm is up to AT33 EV though?
