Sound Smith is one of many retippers that can do suspension repair. The problem with sending it to him is the time involved. Sometimes, several months before it gets returned. He's very busy!
I just received back from a retipper located in Seatle Wash. that does excellent work. Round trip to my mail box was 21 days. His name is Andy. He refreshed/rebuilt the suspension in my Blue Oasis M/C and it once again, sounds amazing and rides well off of the record. Repair cost was $100 plus shipping. There is more work involved in suspension repair for a M/C so repairing your M/M just might/should be cheaper. His web site is needleclinic@gmail.com
I have the Orthofon MMC20CL also. It will go to him when any work is required. Highly recommend!
