Araldite is great. JB Weld is just incredible. Takes 24 hrs to set - but once it does - that's the end of it ! I'd pour about 1 mm of JB weld into the shell - press the cart in there & leave it on a flat surface. If it has holes in the body for the bolts - grease the bolts - then put them in the holes before you use the JBWeld. Once set - just unscrew the bolts & you'll have perfect threads - right into the JB Weld. Perfect !
