A couple months ago, my good friend Mike and I went to visit Lee, who lives on the western flank of the Pryor Range, on the Wyoming/Montana state line. We helped Lee put together a functional stereo system from his large assortment of turntables, receivers and speakers. Lee then invited us to take any records we desired (gratis) from a collection of 50+ apple crates loaded with LPs and 78s. Mike and I each culled 150~200 from the lot. The remainder destined for the Billings, Montana thrifts. Still a lot of good records in the lot, although Mike and I certainly pulled most of the 'gems' out.
Here's Mike to the left and your's truly to the right, standing in front of a ton and a half of records destined for thrift shop bins.
