I have been an "old fart" for many years now however since I was a teenager Jazz has been my favorite music. I still remember back in about 1955 at a high school assembley they played Benny Goodman's band doing Dancing In The Dark, then some Rock and Roll hit of the day and asking which was the better music. I was amazed that such a question could be posed.

Congratulations on discovering America's Classical music! This music is likley our nation's greatest contributation to world culture.
