I recommend that you give the Oracle Prelude arm a chance. I used one for years, and I don't think it deserved the bad repudiation. It is a great sounding, rigid arm, with VTA on the fly. It looks to take a lot of design cues from the Wheaton Triplainer. I think an MMT would be, at best, a lateral move. But, if you already have the MMT, why not give it a try? Just give the Prelude a chance before you do. YMMV!
