and an album doesn't have to be "audiiophile" to be made right. the title 'analog man' suggests that he is interested in the resultant sound. he certainly is MUSIC born and bred and the inclusion of 'pavane' on one of his albums is an indicator of that.
his previous solo efforts have sounded better and i feel there is no excuse for this kind of sloppy production. had i thought or known this piece of vinyl would have sounded this way, i would have taken the shortcut to the cd for less money.
