You bring up a subject that hasn't been discussed in a long time...hearing &/or being bothered by vinyl noise, including inner groove distortion.

I'm able to listen past that (and my wife says, "You can enjoy a record with noise...obviously shutting out the ambient noise, why can't you shut out the semi-music in grocery stores?). I answer with a well thought out, erudite response, "How the hell do I know!"
