Miller Audio Research (see link below) has measurements for both carts that they did for Hi-Fi News. The OC9ML/III was January 2011, and the OC9ML/II was July 2009.The OCML/III looks to do better on crosstalk and have a flatter frequency response. Whether it is worth the extra money is hard to say without listening (and I've never heard either).
You have to register to use the site, but it is free. It's interesting to see how many pricey and highly regarded carts fail their measurement tests, an indictment of either the measurements or the cartridges, depending on your perspective.
