Preamp power supply buzz - where to focus my attack?

My new HK Signature 2.0 preamp has a bit too much buzzing (mechanical) when turned on. I would like to pop the top and attack the power supply with vibration absorbing materials, but would like any advise you have. Are the culprits exclusively the transformers? Should I try to remount the transformers in a vibration-absorbing manner?

After I get this reduced, I'll get an isolation platform for it.
