for a low current device (like a cd player), what amp rating should i look for when putting a filtered IEC into the unit? i saw that schurter offers 1A, 3A, 5A, and 10A. any advice? any sonic differences?and would the filtering effects of the IEC mitigate the need for a shielded / filtered power cord?
thanks
rhyno
